This will be my breakfast tomorrow! I am beyond excited about it, I can hardly wait. The bananas in my kitchen are perfectly ripe and smelling oh so tasty!

oatmeal is what i usually have for breakfast, and its just like this one, add some cinnamon & brown sugar, delicious!

Left: 110lbs, cardio queen, ate whatever I wanted. Right: 138lbs, weight lifting, healthy eating habits. Don’t be scared of the number on the scale; I am up 28lbs and have never felt stronger, healthier and happier! Lifting weights does not make you bulky/manly, I know that’s the biggest fear. Lifting weights make you toned, strong and adds mass to the ass! ;)
